We are looking for you to strengthen our team in Abu Dhabi as:

 

Head of Sales (m/f/d) in Abu Dhabi 

 

In this role, you will take on the leadership and management of the local sales team in Abu Dhabi, drive sales performance, and lead key business development initiatives. You will also assume full budget responsibility to ensure strategic and sustainable growth. 

 

 

Your tasks:

 

  • Cold acquisitions (phone, social media, CRM based, other channels)
  • Lead the preparation of the EPC request for proposal along with Engineering team
  • Tracking customers and activities via CRM-system
  • Organize regular sales meetings
  • Ensure appropriate conversion rate from quotes to orders as per defined sales budget
  • Promote and educate customers and partners of the entire SAMSON GROUP portfolio
  • Collaborate with our factories to add SAMSON GROUP to the approved vendor lists of customers and end-users.
  • Attend customers visits scheduled by the partners and channels
  • Organize and attend webinars, meetings, and trainings
  • Collaborate with sales channels and partners to enhance coverage (segments and region)
  • Plan territory coverage in the most efficient manner with the segment and regional manager
  • Provide and plan technical support by documentation, drawing, customers training, site visits and demonstration
  • Responsible for the agreed budgets of the sales office
  • Comply with company’s policies and procedures including safety procedures
  • Experience in European / American market will be an added advantage

 

Your profile:

 

  • Strong sales background with at least 8 years of experience, preferably in Industrial Process Automation
  • Proven expertise in industrial process industries or automation
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university, ideally in industrial engineering or a comparable field
  • Leadership experience paired with strong office management capabilities
  • Proficient in CRM systems, preferably C4C-SAP
  • Sales experience in the Middle East market
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong customer focus and a solution-driven mindset
  • Solid project management and organizational skills
  • High learning agility and adaptability
  • Strong intercultural sensitivity
  • Self-motivated with a high level of self-confidence
  • High willingness to travel
  • Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi
